CANINE CONUNDRUM
Somewhere Uptown, the Pratt family couldn’t figure out why their pug began to cower at the sight of his leash and relieve himself the apartment. Strangely, his change in behavior seemed to coincide with the purchase of some rather flashy winter doggy apparel.
