OVER THE MOON
Sarah Moon (1941 – ) began her fashion career as a model in the 1960s before taking to the other side of the camera.While fine details are obscured and forms abstracted, Moon never fails to create an evocative dreamworld all her own. Though her client list includes French and Italian Vogue, Comme des Garçons, and Cacharel, Moon has retreated somewhat from fashion in pursuit of her personal, fine art projects. Luckily, her photographs (including fashion works) are regularly exhibited around the world and, if you like what you see here, I can tell you they’re practically living when you see them in their full-size glory.
